Bacardi Carta Blanca
Play amongst the Cuban cartels (swimsuit optional, sauve sidekick preferable) with this rum. Serving orange blossom, lavender and rose, teamed with apricot, lime, light coconut and ripe banana.
Mount Gay Rum
Honey, I’m home! If home is Barbados, we’re there too. Fresh flowers, vanilla and ripe banana underpin this tropical rum. Widely recognised as the oldest distillery in the world.
Havana Club 7 Anos Rum
Highly versatile and crafted for sipping, but a Cuban dream with mixer in tow. You’ll be havana hard time saying no to the second round!

Monkey Shoulder Double Malt
Quit monkeying around and dive in to a double malt. Get a lovely whiff of zesty orange, vanilla, honey and spiced oak before tasting mellow vanilla with spicy hints as you enjoy a cheeky sip.
Glenmorangie 10 Year Old
First released more than 175 years ago, this whisky is known for its mellow tones and delicacy of flavour. We find the delicacy comes the next morning…
Dalmore 12 Year Old
Dalmore 12 is aged for nine years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, before half is transferred to ex-oloroso sherry casks. The result is a combination of sweetness and rich, sherried flavours.
Hennessy Cognac
A classic brandy taste, with a sweet fruitiness similar to burnt wine mellowed by a pleasant oakiness. We can’t think of henney-thing better (not even sorry).
Tamnavulin Single Malt
Another Speyside beauty. Matured in American oak barrels for a sweet, mellow taste with a rich, smooth Sherry cask finish. Best served with a terrible Scottish accent, ya wee donkey.

Maker’s Mark Bourbon Whiskey
An easy to drink bourbon with classic bourbon flavors, and a bright softer side. Those flavours carry through the entire sip, although some char and black pepper do add spiciness to the finish.
Glen Keith Distillery Edition Single Malt
This new, no-age-statement whisky from Speyside is a gentle dram with notes of poached pears, honeycomb and vanilla toffee. We’ll skip mains and head straight to dessert, thanks.
Woodford Reserve Bourbon
Subtly spicy… reads like our latest tinder profile. Paying homage to history’s original rye whiskeys, spice and tobacco are the dominant notes among a sea of fruit, floral, and sweet aromatics.
